Area 3A · Monash / Sunway campus core zone: RM 5 per order; free for individual orders of RM 35 or more. Covers Monash University, Sunway University, Sunway House Waterfront Residence, Sun-U Residence and Sun-U Apartment.

Area 3B · Other Sunway residences & Taylor's University: RM 6 per order; free for individual orders of RM 40 or more. Area 5 · KL city / Selangor outer areas: live Grab Express rate; individual orders of RM 60 or more receive RM 3 off delivery. The same-location RM 50 free-delivery offer does not apply.

For Areas 2-4, after the 22:00 cutoff, combined orders from the same school, residence, hostel or building of RM 50 or more unlock free delivery for everyone. Khai Hsin will confirm this in the group or by private message.

Member Rewards

Spend RM 100 in one month on the same account to receive an RM 5 voucher; spend RM 200 to receive an RM 10 voucher. Vouchers are valid for 30 days, limited to one per order, cannot offset delivery fees or be exchanged for cash, and should not be combined with other discounts.

Storage & Reheating

Remove the rice roll packaging, place it in a microwave-safe bowl and heat on high for 2-3 minutes. Thick-cut sandwiches can be heated with the foil in an air fryer or oven at 200°C for 2-3 minutes; check carefully for small foil fragments before eating.
